What we collect
When you enquire we store your name, email, phone, and the message you wrote — so a specialist can reply. Staff see this in the admin desk. It is never published on the public site.
Cookies and ads
If Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, or the Meta Pixel are configured, we ask before loading them. You can decline. Search-engine verification tags (Search Console, Bing) are not advertising cookies.
How long
Enquiry records stay until staff close and remove them. Analytics data follows the retention set in your Google / Meta accounts.
